master suite w/2Qs adjoining 1BR w/T and private full bathroom). We
rent the house as a summer rental in season and renting the rooms
now monthly or until May. Our oldest daughter and her husband as
well as our middle son live there. They are the care takers of the
property.    There are 3 Brs upstairs sharing a full Bath in hall. All
linens, sheets and comforters are included in all bedrooms. One of
the Qs has a Queen Bed, dresser, table, nightstand, organizer and 2
closets. It has 2 windows overlooking the front yard and flower
garden. It has cable but you need to provide your own TV.

Washer/dryer in a laundry closet; Hall 1/2 bath; Den with a cable TV &
DVD/VHS combo; fully equipped Kitchen. Eat in Kitchen with
dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size microwave and woodend table
that seats 6. Den has Sunroom which has a table and 4 chairs and 2
more chairs if needed. You walk from the sunroom out to the deck
and up to the pool or out to the backyard. The pool is closed for the
winter. wonderful neighborhood w/wonderful neighbors.All common
areas are shared and maintained by the tenants.
*Deposit is $300 and is refundable no longer than 30 days of leaving.
*30 day notice is required so we can find another tenant.
